Score not showing for fans
Most likely, your phone has not sent the score yet. Fans see only what reaches CricoScore.
Check the top of your scoring screen
Under the team names you see one word:
| You see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Saved | Fans have the score. | Nothing. Ask fans to open the match again. |
| Offline | No internet. The score is on your phone only. | Turn on mobile data or Wi-Fi. It is sent by itself. |
| Sync now | Offline scoring is waiting. | Tap Sync now. |
| Not synced (red) | Sending failed. | Tap it to try again. |
| Not saved (red) | The last save failed. | Score the next ball. It sends the full score again. |
Other reasons
| Reason | What to do |

| My matches shows an orange Not sent tag | Get internet. Tap Send now in the orange bar. |
| The match is Private | See Nobody can see my match. |
| Both innings are done, but no result shows | You didn't save the result. The match stays live until you tap Save & Close Match. See How to end the innings and save the result. |
| The match says Abandoned | See My match says Abandoned. |
