Find answers in the app, or contact the CricoScore team.
Who can do this
Everyone. You don't need an account.
Before you start
Your phone has internet.
Open Help & Support
In the bottom bar, tap Profile (or Sign In if you are signed out).
Tap Help & FAQ. The Help & Support screen opens.
You can also open it from Home. Tap the ⋮ button at the top right, then Help & FAQ.
Contact us
Under CONTACT US there are 3 buttons:

Tap WhatsApp or Email Support.
Write what went wrong. Add the match name and a screenshot if you can.
On the Profile tab, Support also opens WhatsApp.
Search the questions
Under FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS, tap Search questions.
Type a word, for example toss or offline.
Tap a question to see the answer.
Send feedback
Scroll down to SEND FEEDBACK.
Type your idea or problem in the box.
Tap Send Feedback. Your email app opens with your text. Send the email.
Guides and videos
On Home, tap the ⋮ button at the top right. Under HELP:
Video Tutorials opens our videos on YouTube.
Docs opens an older guide.
Common problems
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| "No email app" | Copy your text. Send it to cricosoft@gmail.com from any email. |
| "Could not open" WhatsApp | Install WhatsApp, or use Email Support. |
| "No questions match" | Try another word. Or contact us. |
| Someone is bothering me | Report or block them. See How to report and block. |
