How to stream your match to a Facebook Page
Show your match live on your club's Facebook Page. The CricoScore scoreboard is on the video.
Who can do this
The person who created the match.
The match's scorers.
The tournament's owner and co-organisers.
Before you start
A Facebook Page that you manage. Use a Page, not your personal profile.
A computer is easiest for Facebook. A phone browser also works.

Get your stream key from Facebook
These steps are on Facebook, not in our app. Facebook may change its screens.
Open facebook.com. Switch to your Page.
Click Create, then Live video.
Choose Use Streaming Software.
Copy the Stream Key.
Copy the link of the live post too. Fans use it to open the video.
Send the key and the link to the phone you film with.
Add the key in CricoScore
On the camera screen, tap the gear icon at the top.
Under BROADCAST, tap Set up next to Facebook. Facebook setup opens.
Paste the key in the STREAM KEY box.
Paste the post link in the WATCH URL (SHARE LINK) box.
Tap Save.
Close the settings. Tap Go Live.
Common problems
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Facebook stream key expired | Get a new key on Facebook. Tap Enter new key, paste it, then tap Save. |
| This key is already used | You pasted the old key again. Copy a brand-new key from Facebook. |
| Facebook not started | CricoScore fans still see the video. Check the key, then stop and go live again. |
| I streamed to my profile, not my Page | Switch to your Page on Facebook first. Then copy a new key. |
